Jacqui Lyttle


Living in Torquay running her own business, Jacqui has a deep interest in supporting local businesses, as she thrives on supporting teams, individuals and businesses be the best they can be.

Jacqui is chair of AGE UK Torbay and is a Non – executive Director at Torbay and South Devon NHS Trust and a trustee for the Chronic Pain Policy Coalition.

An accountant with an MBA, Jacqui has a wealth of business knowledge and experience, working extensively with the NHS, higher education, small businesses within the health and care sector, the pharmaceutical industry and manufacturing companies.

Jacqui has a genuine passion for improving care for patients and speaks both nationally and internationally on quality and service improvement, commissioning for outcomes and the management of change within healthcare.

Jacqui runs her own management consultancy and previously owned a large beauty salon so is well aware of the opportunities and challenges faced by business owners and their teams.

Working with public and private sector clients Jacqui enjoys working with teams and organisations as a management/business adviser, coaching and encouraging them to understand fully their objectives and blockers and to take forward ideas and effective solutions.

Jacqui is an Insights Discovery Practitioner and uses this tool as well as other methodologies to help clients reach their goals, maximise performance, achieve lasting positive change and most importantly grow and thrive!
